Rental Criteria (full screening policy available upon request)

Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 3x monthly rent.

Credit: Minimum FICO credit score: 525. No broken leases, property debt, evictions. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay

Criminal: No felony convictions. No violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors

 

Move-In Fees

Application: $75 per person over 18 years old.

Administrative: $175 per home.

Deposit: $150 for one bedroom, $250 for two bedrooms, $350 for three bedrooms. (Additional deposit may be required depending on approved credit).

 

Apartment Details

Washer/Dryer - No connections. Laundry Facility on-site.

Renters Insurance: Required. Paid by Resident.
